Requirements
- Min. D3 major in Information Technology
- 3 years of experience as IT support or IT Administrator
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux systems, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and preferable have experience managing cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Understanding of networking protocols and services (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
- Experience with monitoring tools (e.g SolarWind, Nagios, Zabbix).
- Language Indonesia and English (passive).
- Work Location : Jakarta
Responsibilities
- Providing technical support yo end-users and resolving technnical issues.
- Conducting reguler system maintenance and backups.
- Troubleshooting network and connectivity issues.
- Collaborating with IT team to design and implement new systems and solutions.
- Escalating complex technical issues to IT manager as Required.
- Monitor system perfomance and troubleshoot issues to ensure availability aligned with system planning.
- Apply OS patches and upgrades on reguler basis.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and changes.
- Collaborate with vendors and other IT professionals to resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Generate reguler report covering capcity, availablity and issues
- Monitor Server Room Environment and facilities (Fire/smoke/Water leakage) and Power Supplies (UPS), and escalate should there are related issues.
